You may have inadvertently created a second FOAPAL line in the billing section by selecting the next record button rather than next block to reach the complete window. The system provides the accounting suspense error message because the second line billing is thought to be incomplete. To resolve, move your cursor back to the first line of billing (where your FOAPAL is noted) by selecting previous record and then select next block to reach the complete window.
