Terminated students appear in the Student Workers web report with status TERMINATED noted directly under the student ID.  As long as the status is correct (i.e. ACTIVE or TERMINATED) there is no further action needed.

After extracting the employee, without entering an earnings code or entering hours, select Submit Time for Approvals from the Options menu.2. You may have already completed this step. Change the transaction status to In Progress or All (Except not Started) and go to next block. If this does not resolve the problem, the employee you wish to enter time for may not be set up for department time entry.  To remedy, please contact LuAnn Lovegrove at lovegrovel@rowan.edu with the name, Rowan ID number, and position number of the employee.

In PHATIME select View/Enter Comments from the Options menu. Enter text and save. When you exit the comments screen it automatically closes the time entry form. To return to the time entry form without exiting, select Department Summary from the Options menu. If you have already exited, go to PHADSUM, select transaction status: Pending and go to next block to resume time entry approval.

This can only be done if you have not yet submitted the timesheet for approval (transaction status: in Progress). In PHATIME select Restart time for Employee from the Options menu. Select yes to message "Do you want to restart this transaction?" Select Ok to dialog box noting "Reextracting time Entry..."
