If you are using Windows 7 Release Candidate with an up-to-date Antivirus package, registration should not be a problem. It's currently unsupported by NSS, but Campus Manager has been updated to recognize Windows 7 and its assorted antivirus programs.If you do run into difficulties, however, please be aware that the Support Desk and the Workshop cannot assist with pre-release operating systems.

Without the required packages for your computer, you will not be able to connect to the campus network.If you are a commuter and bringing a laptop for use during and between classes, you must still pass Campus Manager requirements before you will be able to access the network.

The mail tool in BbCE is course section specific. It will not go to the student’s Rowan email. You cannot send or receive outside emails. The student must check BbCE mail within the specific course section. Each course section has mail tool. It is recommend that the faculty member use the Rowan Student directed email system. While trying to register a computer, the username and password field does not appear to Login on the second page of the process. To solve this issue, use the tab key. The cursor should show in the username field. After entering your username, press the tab key to advance to the password field. Choose the type of computer you are trying to register than click the Login button.
