Duo: Enroll a Hardware Token

To enroll a Duo hardware token:

1. Log in to netid.rowan.edu
2. Click Duo Devices in the left-hand navigation menu
   
   
   
   
3. Click Register new Device/Number
   
   
   
   
4. Click Register Duo Hardware Token
   
   
   
   
5. Enter and confirm the 10-digit serial number on the back of your token and click Register Token
   
   
   
   
6. Your token is now enrolled in Duo two-factor authentication.

When you receive a Duo login prompt, click Enter Passcode, enter the code generated by your token and click Log In. For more information, see our article on using two-factor authentication to log in.
