If you require access to internal Rowan Network resources on a personal computer, you’ll need to wirelessly connect to RowanSecure by following the instructions below. These steps can only be completed on campus. Note: If your computer is connected via ethernet, you can skip to step four.

- Click RowanSecure.
- Click Connect.
- Navigate to any webpage in a browser, and you will be redirected to the ClearPass OnGuard Registration page.
- Click on the link to download the Windows OnGuard Agent.
- Launch the downloaded file.
- Select your language and click OK.
- Click Next to start the OnGuard agent installation.
- Click the checkbox to accept the terms of the license agreement and then click Install.
- If your anti-virus software attempts to block the installation of ClearPass OnGuard, you will need to unblock the file. For example, if Trend Micro blocks ClearPass, click More details... and then click Unblock in the pop-up window.
- Then launch ClearPass by clicking on the ClearPass OnGuard icon on your desktop.

Notes
- The only supported version of Windows are Windows 8 and Windows 10.
- If your computer's anti-virus software isn't updated consistently or if the OnGuard agent is disabled, your computer will be blocked from accessing the Rowan Network.
