Zoom: The host of this meeting does not have a Conference Room Connector (CRC) license.

The following message may occur when you are joining a Zoom meeting from a Cisco video conferencing unit.

Rowan University has procured Zoom CRC licensing to allow our Cisco video conference devices to connect to Zoom meetings.  Other organizations may not have these licenses, which require a few extra steps to connect to meetings with our equipment.

1. Join the Zoom meeting from the Cisco video conference device
2. On a computer or mobile device, navigate to zoom.us/meeting/rooms
3. Sign into zoom with your Rowan NetID
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the Meeting ID and pairing code on the display of the Cisco video conference device
5. Select Join on your behalf 
6. Click Connect
7. This will bring you to a Zoom sign in screen, choose the SSO option, and log in with your Rowan account
