How to Connect to a Server Using Secure RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)

Note: Connecting to workstations is not authorized via Secure RDP.

1. Prerequisite – you will need to have the Citrix Receiver installed. (https://go.rowan.edu/workspace
2. Open a web browser and navigate to https://access.rowan.edu
3. Login using your Rowan Network credentials.
   
   
   
   
4. Login using Duo two-factor authentication
   
   
   
   
5.  On the "Applications" tab, click the Administrative folder to open it.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the "Secure RDP" icon to launch it.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter the server you would like to connect to in the Remote Desktop Connection window.
   
   
   
   
8. If you need to login to the server using an account other than the one you logged into Citrix with, an ADM account for example, click "More choices" and then choose "Use a different account."
