How to Search for a Draft, Complete, and Pending Requisition
Here are a few things to keep in mind before searching for a requisition:
- Draft: This means that the requisition has yet to be submitted to the purchasing department and needs to be completed. You can also make changes to the requisition.
- Pending: The requestor submitted the requisition, and it is in the purchasing queue for review. If you need to change the requisition, you must recall it. To find out how to recall, view the article or video.
- Complete: A completed requisition means that the requestor has submitted the requisition, and purchasing has approved it and converted it to a PO. You must submit a change order via the change order portal if you need to change the PO.
