Once a student is registered for services with the Rowan Academic Success Center, they can then use the Accessible Information Management system (AIM) to review accommodations, request faculty notification emails and schedule exams.

  1. From the Disability Resources website, click Go To "AIM" from the left-side panel

  2. Enter your Rowan NetID and password and click Login. Complete Duo two-factor authentication, if prompted.

  3. The first screen you'll see is "My Dashboard." From the dashboard you can review your profile and check a history of your email from AIM. In the "My Accommodations" section, expand the menu and click on My Eligibility to view accommodations for which you have been approved.

  4. In the middle of the page you will see the current term (semester) is displayed. You can also select the Previous Term or Next Term.

  5. To request accommodations in classes, select the checkbox next to each class where you need accommodations. Click Continue to Customize Your Accommodations.

  6. You will see the approved accommodations listed under each class. Review the accommodations and then select the check box next to those needed for each class. Once you have chosen the accommodations for each class, select Submit Your Accommodation Requests.

  7. A green check mark indicates that the request was successful.

  8. You, and your instructor in each course, will receive an email confirmation of your requested accommodations. Arrange a time to meet with your instructor to discuss the accommodations.
