International students that attend Rowan University will not have a United States zip code on your profile but will have an international postal code. The United States zip code is one of the biographical pieces of information that is used when a student is logging into netid.rowan.edu for the first time.

Students will be prompted with the below.  Students with a five-digit U.S. zip code will enter that.  International students with an international postal code will enter that postal code.

They will then see:

After entering and verifying their personal email address, a code will be sent to that email address.  The student then enters that code:

If you are not able to update your personal email address in Self Service Banner, please contact the International Center at rowanic@rowan.edu

Once the personal (non-Rowan) email address is added to your profile, you will be able to log into netid.rowan.edu and the verification code will be emailed to you to complete their setup.

If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400 or you can use the Get Help Form in the Rowan Support Portal.  You can also get answers to common questions in our Knowledge Base and our chatbot, Ask Susan, at any time.
