Access the Campus Phone and Email Directory
Below are methods to access the directory:

Update the Campus Phone and Email Directory
Employees who want to add, review or update their information in the online directory may do so in Self-Service Banner by taking the following steps:

This page allows you to update your contact and location details as they appear in the university directory.
Information such as your local title, department, phone number, building, and room location can be modified here. Updates made on this page are reflected in directory.rowan.edu within 24 hours. Keeping your directory profile current ensures accurate communication and visibility across the university.
For changes to your legal name, job title, or official department assignment, please contact Human Resources.

  1. Visit banner9.rowan.edu
  2. Click Log in using Rowan NetID and log in with your Rowan NetID and password.
  3. Complete the Duo authentication if prompted.
  4. Click on the Employee tab at the top leftside of the page.
  5. Click Change Directory Profile.

        6.Review current directory profile 

           7. Banner users may make updates to their directory profile for specific, non-HR-managed information. The following fields can be updated directly in the system 

         Campus phone numbers:

    1. If you have a direct number, such as one that starts with area code 856 or 609:
    2. Enter your ten digit number as your Published directory number and enable Same as published number next to Rowan direct phone number.
    3. If your phone is an internal extension:
    4.   Staff working at Rowan Medicine practices utilizing Virtua phones:
    5. Enter 856-325-4000 as your Published directory number, and then add your five digit extension beginning with 32.
    6. Leave the Rowan direct phone number section blank



    7.  All other staff enter your published directory number, and then add your five digit extension
    8. Then enter in Rowan direct phone number if numbers are the same you can click on Same as Published Number


    8. Once all of your changes have been made

    9. Click Submit.

  10. Click Exit and log off.

Update Timing

Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to appear in downstream applications.

All Other Personal Information- including name changes, job title changes (HR title), organizational hierarchy, or employment status — must be processed through Human Resources via the proper channels
