- Go to Start > Search for Company Portal
- From the "Company Portal Apps" window, click Adobe Creative Cloud w/Acrobat
- Click Install to begin the installation
- Once the software is finished installing it will display the status of "Installed"
- Go to Start > Adobe Creative Cloud
- After the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop launches, enter your Rowan University email address and click Continue
- Click Company or School Account
- Enter your Rowan NetID, click Login and verify through Duo, if prompted
- Find an application you want installed from the list and click Install button to begin the installation process
- If you see "Not Compatible" next to your application, this means the application cannot be installed on your current operating system
- Click the three dots just to the right of the Not Compatible button and select Other Versions
- If there is a compatible version it will be listed with an option to install, and click Install
- Click the magnifying glass icon located at the top right-hand side of the screen by the system date and time and type Self Service
- Click the Self Service application
- Log in with your Rowan NetID
- Find the Creative Cloud Desktop Application installer and click Install
- Click Install again
- The Creative Cloud Desktop Application will begin to install.
- Once the installation is completed click Close
- Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application by using Finder located on the left-hand side of the dock
- After the Finder window launches, click Applications on the left-hand side of the window under "Favorites" and then click Adobe Creative Cloud
- Enter your Rowan University email address and click Continue
- Select Company or School Account
- Enter your Rowan NetID, click Login and verify through Duo, if prompted
- Find an application you want installed from the list and click on Install

- Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.adobe.com/
- Click on the Sign In link in the top right corner
- Enter your Rowan University email address and click Continue
- Select Company or School Account
- Enter in your Rowan NetID, click Login and verify through Duo, if prompted
- From the Creative Cloud website, browse for and download your desired application

Problem: Adobe Creative Cloud installation fails when using the Company Portal
Recommended Solutions:
- Close Outlook: Ensure Outlook is not running during the installation. Close it completely and try installing again.
- Reboot the Computer: There may be a pending reboot that’s interfering with the installation. Please restart your computer and try again.
- Run Adobe Cleaner Tools: Use Adobe’s Cleaner Tools to fully uninstall any existing installations of Creative Cloud and Acrobat (if applicable). This helps resolve conflicts before attempting a reinstall.

Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
1) Right-click the downloaded file and select “Run as Administrator".
2) When prompted by Privilege Management, click Yes to proceed.
3) In the command window that opens, type e and press Enter to select English as the language.
4) Read the license agreement. Then type y and press Enter to accept the Terms and Conditions.
5) When prompted to choose what to clean, type 1 and press Enter to select “All” Adobe products.
6) Then type 9 and press Enter to select “Clean All” installed Adobe applications.
7) Then type y to confirm removal.
7) Once the cleanup is complete, press the Enter key to exit the tool.
8) Reboot the computer to complete the removal process.
Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool
1) Right-click the downloaded file and select “Run as Administrator".
2) When prompted by Privilege Management, click Yes to proceed.
3) The Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool will launch. Click Next to proceed.
4) Review the license agreement, then click Accept to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5) The tool will display a list of Acrobat products to be removed. Click Next to confirm.
6) Click Clean Now to begin the cleanup process.
7) Once the cleanup is complete, click Finish to close the tool.
8) Reboot the computer to complete the removal process.
