While at your desk:
- Press the “voicemail” button on your phone
(Cisco IP 7800 and 8800 Series phones), press the "messages" button on your phone 
(Cisco IP 7900 Series phones) or dial 8562565999 and enter your security code - Press 1 to listen to your messages
- Press 4 to delete a message
- Press 5 to save a message
While away from your desk:
- Dial 856.256.5999
- Enter your mailbox number
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
- Press 4 to delete a message
- Press 5 to save a message
To record your out-of-office greeting:

Access your voicemail and enter your security code
- Press 3 for phone manager functions
- Press 6 to begin recording your greeting at the tone
- Press any key to stop recording
- Press 5 to save your greeting
Is it your first time accessing the system? Retrieve your new security code by taking the following steps:
- Employees: Enter the code provided to you by your voicemail administrator
- You will be prompted to change it to your own security code, record your name and your greeting
