Issue

Connecting iOS/Apple device to RowanSecure

Context

Employees connecting iOS/Apple devices to RowanSecure

Solution

  1. From the home screen, click the Settings icon. 
  2. Go to your Wi-Fi settings and select RowanSecure. Visit id.rowan.edu if you do not know your Network username and password. 
  3. You should be asked to accept a certificate. Click Accept.



  4. Open Safari and attempt to load any website. Note: You must use Safari. This will not work in any other browser.)



  5. You should be directed to the ClearPass registration page. Enter your Network username and password and click Log In



  6. You should be prompted to install a profile. Click Install



  7. If you are prompted with an "Unverified Profile" screen, click Install Now
  8. If you are promoted with a "Warning" screen, click Install
  9. Your iPhone/iPad should now be able to connect to the RowanSecure wireless network.
