Banner 9: Creating My Banner Shortcuts in Administrative Pages

  1. To create My Banner shortcuts in Administrative Pages (Banner 9), you must search for "My Banner" on the home screen in the Welcome search bar.

  2. Select My Banner Maintenance (GUAPMNU).



  3. You will see a page with all of the Banner forms listed to the left of the screen.

  4. Choose the selection keys in the middle to move your screen shortcuts to the right of the screen, or you can type the screen names under the column titled "Object." Note: These forms will be your Banner shortcuts.

  5. Here are a few favorite screens used by many end users: FOIDOCH (Document History), FPAREQN (Requisitions), FPARCVD (Receiving), FTIIDEN (Vendor Search), and FGIBDST (Budget Screen).

  6. Once you are done adding shortcuts, click Save and then close the form. Note: You must log out of the Administrative Pages (Banner 9) and login again to see the updated shortcuts. 



  7. Once you log back in, you will see all of your shortcuts on the left side menu toolbar titled: "My Banner."
