RowanSOM Exam Proctors:

 

RowanSOM Academic Affairs Office handles RowanSOM Exam Proctors.

 

If a student experiences technical difficulties during an exam, they should wait 60 seconds, then reboot their laptop.  If the problem does not resolve itself after the reboot, then submit a support request either via the kiosk or email to: somat@rowan.edu providing a valid contact telephone number, where they are located and the issue they are experiencing.

 

Rowan SOM Academic Technology will  call students to assist with a resolution.
