Overview

Some SOM users who access EPIC via the Virtua Citrix on a Rowan-managed laptop may receive the error:  Failed to connect to the server for your session 'PRD Hyperspace' when logging in.

Solution

 To resolve this issue on a Rowan-managed laptop:

  • Have the customer access the Company Store
  • Search for Citrix Workspace LTSR 25.7.2000.2020:
  • Install the LTSR version
  • NOTE:  The customer must be logged out of Rowan's Citrix environment prior to installing the LTSR version

 

If a SOM medical students receives the 'PRD Hyperspace' error, their solution is:

  • Have the medical student go to www.virtua.org/for-employees to install Virtua's Citrix
  • Virtua has instructions available on this site to assist the student with the installation
