You can login to the Rowan Duo Portal at https://duo.rowan.edu to request a temporary 24-hour bypass code in the event that your existing Duo device is lost or stolen.
Once you login, enter your Portal Security PIN and click "Request Bypass Code" to request one.
If you can't remember your Portal Security PIN you will need to come in person to one of the Technology Assistance Centers with your Rowan ID to have your PIN reset.
Once you have your bypass code, click "Enter a Passcode" on the Duo Authentication screen.
You can then enter your temporary bypass code and click "Log In"
You can use this code for 24 hours to give you time to register a new Duo device.
