This article contains your tasks to create a standing order in the My Requisitions Module. Note: View the training videos or articles to create a regular order using Commodity-Level accounting or Document-Level accounting.

Requisitions - Create a Standing Order
Enter the requisition just like a regular order, except the following:
- Under Requestor Information > Requisition Comments enter SO or Standing Order in the Private Comment box.
- Under Add Item & Accounting > Commodity Comments enter SO or Standing order in the Private Comment Box.
- Enter Lot or SVC under U/M and Quantity of 1.
Note: To print your requisition, select View as PDF and then select the Print tool.
Important Note: Email your price quote, invoice, or any other attachments to requisitions@rowan.edu. Do NOT send a screenshot of your completed requisition in the email.
