How Do I Access My Voicemail at Work?
- Press the “voicemail” button on your phone
(Cisco IP 7800 and 8800 Series phones), press the "messages" button on your phone 
(Cisco IP 7900 Series phones) or dial 856-256-5999 and enter your security code
- If it's your first time accessing the system, enter the code provided to you by your voicemail administrator and you will be prompted to change it to your own security code, record your name and your greeting.
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
- Press 4 to delete a message
- Press 5 to save a message
How Do I Access My Voicemail Remotely?
- Dial 856-256-5999
- Enter your mailbox number
- Press 1 to listen to your messages

How Do I Record an Out-of-Office Message?
- Access your voicemail and enter your security code
- Press 3 for phone manager functions
- Press 6 to begin recording your greeting at the tone
- Press any key to stop recording
- Press 5 to save your greeting
What Are Some Helpful Voicemail Shortcuts?
- Skip ahead five seconds: Press 9
- Skip back five seconds: Press 3
- Skip to next message: Press 7
- Listen to message again: Press 6
- Get information about who left a message and when they called: Press 0 and 0
