International students that attend Rowan University will not have a United States zip code on your profile. The United States zip code is one of the biographical pieces of information that is used when a student is logging into netid.rowan.edu for the first time.

Since the international students do not have a zip code, you will be prompted with a message: Your account does not have a Zip code on file.  We have sent you an email to your personal email address xxx@xxx.xxx with a verification code.  Enter the code here.

If the international student does not have a personal (non-Rowan) email address on file, the message will appear as:

To update your personal email address:

To add the new personal Email address:

Close all web browser and return to netid.rowan.edu and this time it will send the verification code to the new address you added.

If you are not able to update your personal email address in Self Service Banner, please contact the International Center at icrowan@rowan.edu.

Once the personal (non-Rowan) email address is added to your profile, you will be able to log into netid.rowan.edu and the verification code will be emailed to you to complete their setup.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400 or support@rowan.edu
