You must have Citrix Workspace (formerly Citrix Receiver) installed on your computer to access the Citrix Storefront. Please visit go.rowan.edu/workspace to download Citrix Workspace. If you are using a Rowan-managed computer, Citrix Workspace is already installed on your computer.

- Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://access.rowan.edu
- Enter your Rowan Network username and password, click Log On, and verify through Duo, when prompted
- If this is the first time you're visiting the Citrix Storefront, it will try to detect if you have the Citrix Receiver/Workspace application already installed. Once it detects the Citrix Receiver/Workspace application, a window will appear. Click Open Citrix Receiver Launcher
Note: You can manually start the Citrix Receiver detection process at anytime by clicking on the gear at the top right-hand side of the page and click Account Settings
From here click Change Citrix Receiver
and finally click Detect Receiver
NOTE: While the light version can be used for testing, it is strongly recommended to use the receiver to have full functionality - Welcome to the Citrix Storefront! This interface allows you to launch applications and desktops by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of the screen. Note: Each time you log into the Citrix Storefront you will automatically land on the Favorites tab. Here you can quickly access your favorite pinned applications or desktops.
Opening Applications and Desktops
- To launch an application or desktop from the Citrix Storefront, click on the icon for that application or desktop or click Details and then click Open.
- Click Open Citrix Receiver Launcher and your application or desktop will launch.
- To add an application to the favorite tab click on the Apps tab at the top of the screen.
- Next, locate the application you want to add and click on Details.
- Click Add To Favorites
