Docking Station – Quick Guide

A. Unplug the laptop from the dock and turn it off completely - NOT reboot, but shut down.

B. Once it is shut down completely, close the lid and plug it back into the dock.

C. Hit the power button on the dock and wait 10-15 seconds for the images to appear on the screen.

D. Make sure that on The T95s model, the Thunderbolt cable is plugged into the SECOND USB-C slot on the left hand side. This is also worth trying on other models if you are still having the issue.

E. Ensure that the USB-C Cable is plugged into the back as that is where it must be to connect to the laptop.

F. Ensure that the adapter goes into the 135 W slot on the Docking Station.

G. If issues still persist, unplug the power plug from the dock (pictured above) wait 15 seconds, plug it back in, and try the steps again.

H. if you get a notification that the "ThinkPad USB-C Dock is not supplying enough power to your computer" the dock needs to be unplugged from the power source. Please unplug it for 10 seconds and try again.
