Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (formerly O365) Install for Windows
This installation will take approximately 15-30 minutes and is applicable for Rowan managed Windows 10 Enterprise computers only.
- Make sure all of your Office applications are completely closed or the install will fail.
- From the Start Menu, search for and select Company Portal.
- Once the Company Portal opens, select Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Click the Install button. (If for some reason the install takes longer than 15-30 minutes, you can refresh the Company Portal by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.)
- When the installation is done you will get a "Toast" notification. You will see a pop-up in the bottom right and hear a tone.
- If you click on the Notification Center in the bottom right, you will see the message there as well.
- You can now close Company Portal.
- When you run an Office app for the first time you may be prompted to sign in. Sign in using your full Rowan email address.
- Choose "Work or school account."
- Enter your Rowan password.
- Authenticate via Duo Two-Factor if prompted and choose Trust this Browser if you are on a computer you trust.
- Once you sign-in to the first app you should not be prompted again for other Office apps.
