The Microsoft Outlook Mobile app is the ONLY supported way of accessing your Exchange email on a mobile device at Rowan University.

Removing your email account from your phone will not delete your emails. Removing the account only deletes the local copies on your phone; emails are stored in the cloud.

Please follow these instructions to remove your Rowan email account from and unsupported app before installing the Outlook Mobile app.

iOS Mail

  1. At your iPhone/iPad home screen, open your Settings App > Mail.
  2. Go to Accounts, select your Rowan account and choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Android Mail

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and select "Accounts and backup"
  3. At the top, select "Manage Accounts"
  4. Choose your Rowan exchange account  
  5. Select Remove account.
  6. To confirm, select OK.

For all other apps, please refer to their support documentation to remove your existing Rowan email account.
