If you are experiencing issues logging into Cisco Finesse, please try the following:
- Ensure that you can access the Cisco Finesse website. It is only accessible while on campus, via VPN, or Virtual Desktop.
- After checking connectivity (in step 1), log in to Cisco Finesse again at https://finesse.rowan.edu:8445
- When logging in use your Rowan NetID and your ten-digit agent number.
- If you need to verify or change your password, please visit Rowan NetID
- If you are still unable to log in, ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser, or try to use another browser. Recommended browsers are:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- If you are still having issues, clear the cache and cookies in your web browser.
- Close and reopen your browser
- Log in to Cisco Finesse again at https://finesse.rowan.edu:8445
