The Rowan Printer Driver Installer allows employees without administrative rights to their computers to install printers on their own. The Rowan Printer Driver, which is only available for Windows machines, is available in the Software Center as shown below:
Once you've installed the Rowan Printer Driver, click on the magnifying glass in the lower left corner of your monitor and search for "Rowan Print Driver Installer."
Open the installer and locate your building in the "Group" column. Then locate the printer you want to add in the "Available Printers" column. Select the printer you want to install and click Download.
Once the package is downloaded, the printer installer will appear. Click Install.
Once the installation is completed, click Finish. You can then install another printer or click the Close button to close the Rowan Printer Driver Installer.
