A course in Canvas will remain on the Dashboard for faculty and students while the term is active. All Rowan terms remain active for 90 days after the course end date. It can be confusing to see previous semesters on your Canvas Dashboard. Listed below are the steps you can take to hide courses from previous semesters until they are systematically removed:
1. From the Left Navigation Panel, select Courses and All Courses:
2. Click on the star next to the course you want to hide for up to 90 days after the course end date:
Note: Empty star = course is hidden on your dashboard; Filled star = course appears on your dashboard
You cannot delete your courses, but you can hide courses that you are not enrolled in for the current semester.
