Students and employees on the Glassboro campus may connect game consoles and entertainment devices to the RowanWiFi wireless network or secure wired network.
Note: In order to connect, you need to locate your device's MAC address. Once you've located your device's MAC address, take the following steps:
- Go to rowan.edu/device
- Log in with your Rowan NetID
- Click Create Device in the left-hand column.
- Enter a name for your device.
- Enter the MAC address of your device. Note: Make sure you enter the correct MAC address for your device depending on whether you have a wired or wireless connection.
(Note: Google Home devices are not currently supported, but we are working to resolve the issue) - Click the Create Device button at the bottom to register your device.
- You should now receive a notice that your device was successfully created and your device should be able to connect.
- Plug your device into a network jack for a wired connection or connect to the RowanWiFi wireless network.
