Duo: Enroll a Landline Phone Number

To enroll a landline phone number in Duo:

1. Log in to netid.rowan.edu
2. Click Duo Devices in the left-hand navigation menu
   
   
   
   
3. Click Register new Device/Number
   
   
   
   
4.  Click Register Landline Phone Number
   
   
   
   
5. Enter and confirm your landline phone number and click Continue Registration
   
   
   
   
6. You will receive a phone call and an automated recording will provide you with a 6-digit validation code. Enter the validation code and click Continue Registration
   
   
   
   
7. You landline phone number is now enrolled in Duo. 

When you receive a Duo login prompt, click Call Me, answer the call on your phone and press 1 to authenticate. For more information, see our article on using two-factor authentication to log in.
