Duo: Manage Your Enrolled Devices

To manage devices that you have enrolled in Duo:

1. Log in to netid.rowan.edu
2. Click Duo Devices in the left-hand navigation menu
   
   
   
   
3.  You will see all of your currently-enrolled devices on the "My Duo Devices" screen
   
   
   1. To remove a device you no longer use, click on the red trashcan icon next to the device you want to remove. 
      
      
      
      
   2. To update a device, click the green reset icon next to the device. This feature is commonly used if you receive a new phone but maintain the same phone number and need to set up the Duo Mobile app on your new device.
