Unsupported Software
Information Resources & Technology (IRT) will provide support for enterprise applications. This includes, but is not limited to: Exchange, Duo, Banner, Cognos, Tableau, Virtual Desktop, etc.
IRT will not provide support that non-standard or non-enterprise applications. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the support center of the applicable software if they are having issues logging in or using the software.
IRT will make a best effort to answer "how do I" and "where do I" questions within applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Rowan University provides all active faculty, staff and students with a login to LinkedIn Learning which is available at: go.rowan.edu/linkedinlearning.
