Troubleshooting Guide

Problem: Adobe Creative Cloud installation fails when using the Company Portal

Recommended Solutions:

  • Close Outlook: Ensure Outlook is not running during the installation. Close it completely and try installing again.
  • Reboot the Computer: There may be a pending reboot that’s interfering with the installation. Please restart your computer and try again.
  • Run Adobe Cleaner Tools: Use Adobe’s Cleaner Tools to fully uninstall any existing installations of Creative Cloud and Acrobat (if applicable). This helps resolve conflicts before attempting a reinstall.
