Get a Link from Google Drive
- From your Rowan Google Drive, select the file or folder that you want to share by clicking on it.
- Once selected, the file or folder will be highlighted in blue and the share icon will appear.
- Click the share icon.
- In the dialog box, make sure that General access is set to Rowan University.
- Click the Copy link button to copy the link to your computer's clipboard.
Add the Link in Canvas
- In your Canvas course, select the text you want to put the link in, and then click the Link button.
- A new dialog box will appear. Paste the link you copied from Google Drive into the Link field and click the Done button.
- The link is now embedded in the text you selected.
