Examplify: Forced to Login again

Overview

Issue: Examplify keeps displaying a pop-up asking to login again. ExamSoft password does not work, pop-up continues.

Solution

Log out and log back into Examplify.

 

1. In Examplify, if login pop-up keeps popping up, click the X in top right of small window.

2. Go to Examplify Home Menu.

3. Scroll to bottom (may need to make Examplify window full screen) and click on Log Out.

 

4. Once logged out, click on your account name.

5. Your Rowan ID should be auto-populated.  Enter your ExamSoft specific password.

6. Click Sign In button.

This will take you back into Examplify, properly logged into your account.

 

If you do not know ExamSoft password, to reset it:

1) Navigate to examsoft.com/rowansom (RowanSOM) or examsoft.com/rugsobs (RowanGSBS)

2) Click on ‘Lost Rowan ID Number or Password’ in the Exam Takers box on the top left

 

 

3) Enter your Rowan email address (username@rowan.edu) and click ‘Send’.

4) Check your email - Go to outlook.rowan.edu.

5) Locate ExamSoft email and follow instructions to reset your ExamSoft password.
