Overview

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your Webex and Outlook experience, we are transitioning from Webex Productivity Tools to Webex Scheduler for Outlook integration.  Webex Productivity Tools will be replaced by Webex Scheduler as the supported add-in tool for Outlook Desktop Client and Outlook Web Access. Information Resources & Technology (IRT) has deployed the Webex Scheduler update to computers automatically.

Details

In Outlook for Windows:

  • You will no longer see Add Webex Meeting in the main ribbon when scheduling meetings.
  • To schedule a meeting with the new Webex Scheduler, go to the Calendar choose New Appointment or New Meeting and then click Add Webex Meeting from the toolbar.
