If you are experiencing issues logging into Cisco Finesse, please try the following:

  1. Ensure that you can access the Cisco Finesse website.  It is only accessible while on campus, via VPN, or Virtual Desktop.
  2. After checking connectivity (in step 1), log in to Cisco Finesse again at https://finesse.rowan.edu:8445
    1. When logging in use your Rowan NetID and your ten-digit agent number.
    2. If you need to verify or change your password, please visit Rowan NetID
  3. If you are still unable to log in, ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser, or try to use another browser.  Recommended browsers are:
    1. Chrome
    2. Firefox
  4. If you are still having issues, clear the cache and cookies in your web browser.
  5. Close and reopen your browser
  6. Log in to Cisco Finesse again at https://finesse.rowan.edu:8445
