Every time you change your Rowan NetID password, please update that password for RowanSecure on all of your mobile devices as soon as possible. You'll also need to update the password for your Exchange email account, if you have it synced on your phone.

If you change your Rowan NetID password but do not update that password on your phone or tablet, it may cause your account to lock. The phone/tablet will continue trying to connect using the old password and too many bad connection attempts will force your account to lock for security purposes.
